Welcome to EZ Laundromat. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use

EZ Laundromat provides self-serve laundry machines, wash & fold service, and commercial laundry services.

Customers agree to use the facility and equipment in a respectful and responsible manner.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior.

2. Hours of Operation

Our facility is open 24/7, including holidays.

Staffed services (such as wash & fold or commercial laundry drop-off) may have designated hours posted in-store or online.

3. Payments

Self-serve laundry machines accept debit, credit, or cash. No coins are required.

Wash & fold and commercial laundry services must be paid in full upon completion unless otherwise arranged.

Prices are subject to change without notice, though we strive to keep them updated on-site and online.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for monitoring their laundry during self-service use. EZ Laundromat is not liable for items left unattended.

Please check machines before use. We are not responsible for items left in machines by other customers.

Customers are responsible for checking care labels on clothing and using appropriate wash/dry settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

EZ Laundromat is not responsible for:

Damage caused by misuse of machines or inappropriate wash/dry settings.

Shrinkage, fading, bleeding, or wear from normal laundering.

Lost or stolen items left unattended in the facility.

For wash & fold or commercial services, we will take reasonable care of all items, but liability for any single garment is limited to the lesser of:

(a) the cost of laundering the item, or

(b) $50 per order.

6. Safety & Conduct

No smoking, alcohol, or illegal activity is permitted on the premises.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Pets are not allowed, except service animals.

Security cameras are in place for safety and monitoring.

7. Changes to Terms

EZ Laundromat may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.
